Lessons

Advanced level course focusing on continued development and increased endurance of front stroke, back stroke and swim float swim technique. Review of back floating and introduction of butterfly and breaststroke. Emphasis placed on increasing proficiency of the strokes and building stamina to complete a full length of the pool (25 meters) as required to advance toward the Dolphin Level (School-Age Intermediate). Prerequisites: Successful completion and graduation from Seahorse Level (Preschool Intermediate) or equivalence of skills. Class Maximum Instructor to Student Ratio- 1:5
