Advanced level course focusing on technique of the four competitive swimming strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Classes consist of conditioning through interval training and sets of 50's, 100's, and 200's of kicking, pulling and stroke drills. Flip turns are practiced as well. Prerequisites: Successful completion and graduation from Flying Fish Level, or equivalence of skills. Class Maximum Instructor to Student Ratio- 1:15
