Flying Fish Swim Club - Pre-Team Level (School-Age Advanced)
Advanced level course focusing on increasing stamina and endurance of the four competitive swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly) in preparation for swim team tryouts. Classes consist of kicking and swimming laps to include 25’s and 50’s of each of the competitive swim strokes. Prerequisites: Successful completion and graduation from Dolphin Level, or equivalence of skills. Class Maximum Instructor to Student Ratio- 1:12
